We offer delivery to more than 100 countries around the world as indicated on the order form. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 business days, however, please allow up to 10 days for delivery as external factors may cause delays.
Your order will be shipped once:
i) Payment has been approved.
ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.
In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which both these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.

Happy Accessories AB insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you when you are using UPS. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
When using delivery by mail we don’t take any responsibility for the goods when they have left our warehouse.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can check the current status of your shipment by viewing Track Your Order. Simply login to our customer care type in your unique order number which we e-mailed to you, and we will track your shipment for you.
Timi of Sweden will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the Happy Accessories web site, your credit card details are not held on the Web site
CANCELATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For returns and exchanges requested within 14 days of delivery we offer a free returns service via our international couriers.
All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For returns of faulty goods please follow the same process subject to the conditions detailed below. RMA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have received your RMA please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you and detailed below. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for an RMA.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Happy Accessories and can only be refunded as a 'store credit'.
We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at the customers cost for shipping and refunded only as a store credit.
Timi of Sweden will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.
Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via our courier service.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
You should make the goods freely available for collection by UPS at a mutually convenient time within 14 days of receiving the RMA. The return address is stated on the pre-printed shipping label sent to you. Failure to obtain an RMA or return goods using neither our courier service does not affect your statutory rights.
HOW TO PROCEED IF YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
In order to facilitate the return of your items you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping cost.
The RMA number should be written on your original invoice and on the return-shipping label (UPS Air waybill slip). We request that returns are shipped through our shipping partner UPS or, for London Premier orders our London courier service.
If you wish to exchange, please email us your required item and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.
HOW TO PROCEED IF YOU WISH TO RETURN FAULTY GOODS
In order to facilitate the return of faulty items you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the standard returns process as detailed above.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting your RMA.
Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Alternatively, you can request a Timi of Sweden store credit that can be used against future purchase at Timi of Sweden.
RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS ON SALE - Same policy as above except:
We offer a free returns process using international couriers UPS if you request a return of the goods within 14 days of delivery.
We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date you received your RMA number.
Any items returned outside this time frame are accepted at the discretion of Timi of Sweden and can only be refunded as a 'store credit'.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Timi of Sweden is happy to offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 10 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved Sale Price Adjustments will be credited to your Timi of Sweden account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 12 months.
We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
If you have received an item from Happy Accessories as a gift you can return it in exchange for a store credit to your Timi of Sweden account (you will need to be registered with us). This allows you to exchange your unwanted gift for another item by using this credit to place a new order online. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Any unused credit will remain on your account until your next purchase.
